It's true — rapper DMX was arrested twice this week.

DMX's first arrest happened on Tuesday for wreckless speeding (he was going 114 MPH on a suburban Phoenix, AZ freeway).

And then early Friday morning, he was arrested AGAIN after authorities conducted a pre-dawn raid at his Phoenix home. Law enforcement serving a search warrant at the rapper's home found drugs and fire arms stashed away.

The popo had been investigating DMX for about 7 months — they had received a number of complaints about DMX's mistreatment of animals.

In addition to the fire arms and drugs, authorities found 5 pit bull mix puppies, which were taken from the home to an Arizona jail where they'll be cared for by female inmates.

During the search, officers report that the rapper attempted to barricade himself inside his bedroom. DMX eventually came out with no further resistance.

Time for him to go to jail!!!!!!

One of Tom Cruise's Scientology buddies, Australian billionaire James Packer, is reportedly over the 'religion'. Packer was recently listed as Scientology's richest member.

Cruise introduced Packer to Scientology in 2002.

Packer's closest friends have revealed that he's quietly distanced himself from Scientology, was no longer undertaking Scientology courses and has told them he no longer "needs it".

The religion entered Packer's life at one of the lowest points. He was overweight and depressed, his marriage to his first wife, Jodhi Meares, had ended and he was reeling from the humiliating and very public collapse of business, One.Tel, in which he lost about $350 million.

Packer spilled about his association with Scientology only once, telling The Australian Financial Review Magazine in 2006 that he spent an hour or so "every couple of days" practicing the religion. "I think it has been very good for me," he said. "It has been helpful. I have some friends in Scientology that have been very supportive. But I think it's just helped me have a better outlook on life."

However, looks like Packer's distancing from the church could be money-motivated. The report points to observers who've suggested that Packer's expanding casino empire has presented issues difficult to reconcile with Scientologist beliefs.

Scientology's founder, L. Ron Hubbard, denounced gambling. "An obsessive gambler is a psychotic just like a drug addict or an alcoholic," Hubbard wrote in 1977.

Packer's office did not respond to calls for comments.

This is a big glow for the "church." Packer - as all Scientologists do - give a big portion of their annual income to the house of Xenu.

That's a lot of money Scientology's no longer getting!

Nick Hogan is going behind bars!

The 17-year-old was sentenced by a judge in Florida on Friday in his tragic car crash case and he will begin serving time immediately.

The Hulkster's son plead no contest to reckless driving and this is the price he has to pay:

- 5 Years Probation
- 8 Months in Jail
- 500 Hours of community service, no buyout available
- 3 Years of Drivers License suspension
- No alcohol for 5 years
- DUI school completed within the first year of probation
- Paying court costs.

Update: Hogan's lawyer is saying that "Nick's happy" with the sentencing.

Last month, we told you about two idiots in Ohio that had been charged with corrupting/endangering a child after police say they forced a 2 year old toddler to smoke pot.

The two arrested were 18-year-old Melvin Blevins and 16-year old Angel Dailey.

Oh yea, and they videotaped it all!

The tape was discovered after an Ohio pawn shop dealer found it in a camcorder, which shows the 2 year old inhaling and then choking on the pot smoke.

Dailey has admitted to giving the toddle marijuana.

But even more disturbing is the fact that testing showed the 2 year old was also exposed to COCAINE!!!!

WTF!???!!!!!!!!

Dailey plead guilty to two of the three charges she faced Friday morning in court.

She was charged with two counts of corrupting another (a minor) with drugs, which is a fourth degree felony. She was also charged with one count of misdemeanor child endangering. She will have her sentenced determined in about a month.

As for Belvins, he was charged in connection with the incident. He was also charged on other drug charges in federal count which are in relation to a larger drug ring. Also being charged for the same drug ring, include Dailey's father Tim, and her uncle Tom. All have pleaded not guilty.

The child's mother, who lives in another County, said the child was in the care of the child's father who is a relative of Belvin.

The mother, who released a statement, stated “I feel sorry for her. This never should have happened,” she said after the hearing. “That was her family.”

People!!!!!!

Don't use guns around your kids.

And don't give your kids drugs either!!!!!!!!!

Good news for her Madgesty!

Reports are surfacing that officials in Malawi are finally going to grant FULL adoption rights to Madonna and her family.

Her Madgesty has been caring for her son David on an 18-month interim custody order that was granted back in 2006.

Madge and her family were recently being monitored at their London home by Malawian social workers to ensure they were suitable parents.

A leaked official document referring to Madonna and Guy Ritchie, states, "Mr. and Mrs. Ritchie have shown a strong commitment in providing the infant with all essential needs like love, safe home environment, care, protection, material as well as emotional support."

It adds that David had "bonded well with the couple and other key members of the household" and that he "continues to develop into a happy thriving toddler. His survival, growth and development is excellent."

The court will hear a full review of the case next week on May 15th.

Madonna is expected to return to Malawi next week to continue her charity work. She will not be required during the hearing though.

An official says, "She will have to come to court to sign the full adoption documents later."

There are still those opposed to the whole adoption, such as the Human Rights Consultative Committee, which as "friends of the court", have decided to challenge the adoption. They are seeking a full review of the interim order granted to Madonna.

Why you gotta be interfering with a baby's happiness???

Yea, that's the way to do it. Take David away from his family and place him back into poverty where he might die of malnutrition or worse!
